Cereals, grains, nuts & dried goods: not local but essentials!
Just like teas, coffees, olive oil & chocolate, legumes, rice, quinoa and most grains are not grown here in Quebec, but form an important part of a healthy diet. We’ve been looking for a partner for some time now that would provide us with the crème de la crème of cereals, grains, nuts, etc. 

We looked ... and we found one among our network of amazing pick-up points!

Get onto the Marketplace! Brown basmati rice or white quinoa?
This week you have the chance to try one of the following two products: organic brown basmati rice grown at the foot of the Himalayas or organic white quinoa from Peru and Bolivia.

The labels produced by the team at Frenco contain useful information: country of origin, super food, old grain, protein source, source of Omega 3, health benefits, modes of preparation, etc.

And it’s only the beginning...
