Yes. We use industry leader Authorize.net to process our payments. Authorize.net utilizes industry-leading technologies and protocols, such as 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and they're compliant with government regulations and industry security initiatives.
You can sign up online by adding a credit card. This allows you the greatest flexibility, since we'll charge your card at Midnight based on the contents that you've added to your basket. If you would prefer instead to pre-pay by adding credits to your account, please contact our customer service and they’ll be happy to help you out.
Most of our products, such as fresh vegetables, are “zero-rated” basic grocery items, meaning that are not taxed. A few select items, such as potted plants, pastries, and chocolates, are subject to GST and QST. Any taxes applied will appear in your basket and also in your order confirmation.

Yes, your complete transaction history and current account balance are available by logging in to your Lufa Farms account.
Yes. You can share a Lufa Farms account with a friend or family member. However, one person will need to be designated as the primary contact. That person will need to provide payment and an email address for notifications. For the moment, you can only have one email address per account, but we’re working on adding the option for a second.
Your order is processed at midnight before your delivery and billed securely using the credit card you provided when you subscribed. If your credit card is declined, you will receive an email notification explaining that your order was cancelled and that you’ll need to update your credit card information before resuming your deliveries. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to ship that week's basket if your credit card was declined at midnight. To resume deliveries, make sure to update your credit card at least 72 hours before your next delivery.
If you're subscribing for the first time and your credit card is declined, your subscription will not be created. You will need to a valid credit card in order to subscribe.

These items are indicated by a little scale icon on your checkout page. This means they are charged by actual weight of the final product. Since our partners prepare these items to order, you’ll be charged an initial estimated price for this item and then issued credits when the final product weight is determined during basket preparation. These credits will appear in your account (as either positive or negative amounts, depending on whether the item was slightly more or slightly less than the estimated weight) and will automatically be accounted for on your next basket invoice.
