The Lufa Farms basket is a weekly program. This means that if you do not personalize or suspend your basket, by default we will deliver and charge your credit card for a $30 basket of seasonal produce. If you customize your basket, you will only be charged for the contents of the basket, with a minimum order of $15 and no maximum. You can suspend or customize your basket each week up until midnight before your delivery, and you can also cancel at any time by contacting us at 514-669-3559 or email@example.com.
Methods of Payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards through our secure website. All payments from credit cards added are securely processed by one of our three providers, Authorize.net, Optimal Payments or Global Payments. Charges will appear listed on your statement as “Lufa Farms Inc”.
Most of our products, such as fresh vegetables, are “zero-rated” basic grocery items, meaning that are not taxed. A few select items, such as sweets, are subject to GST and QST. The detail of any taxes applied will appear in your order confirmation. If you have any questions about how taxes are applied, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We don't offer home delivery. Your weekly basket of fresh vegetables will be available at your selected pick-up point. Please consult your account page to find the address and delivery schedule for your pick-up point, or to change your pick-up point or delivery day.
Lufa Farms basket subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, in accordance with our Promise of satisfaction. If applicable, any balance remaining in your account will refunded using the payment method from the purchase transaction.
We are compliant with all CFIA and MAPAQ food safety regulations.
Please be aware that we do sell products containing nuts, soy, and other allergens, and all customer orders are assembled in a common area. While we work to keep information as up-to-date as possible for each product on the Marketplace and consult with partners regularly about their food processing practices, individuals with severe sensitivity to trace amounts of any allergens should be advised that we cannot guarantee a complete absence of such allergens.
We do our best to ensure that all foods are safe for consumption when they arrive at your pick-up point, but it is very important that you pick up your basket on the same day as delivery. Many of our pick-up points don’t have refrigeration capabilities and therefore there is no guarantee that products will be safe for consumption the day following delivery.

As explained in our Promise of Satisfaction, we want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with our service. If you’re not, please contact us so that we can make it right. Refunds for products that have been delivered can be issued up to 5 business days after delivery. If you are concerned about the safety of any food items, please do not consume them and be sure to contact us the right away for a full refund.
