Grooviola: artisanal, delicious granolas and cereals

It’s not dry and chewy like most granolas. It’s crunchy and satisfying, sweetened with pure maple syrup, and prepared with high-quality ingredients like oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almonds, and shredded coconut.

Grooviola started two years ago when Jeannine, already a foodie and a baker at heart, decided to make a bigger batch of her granola to raise funds for her friend’s husband who had gotten sick. A few hundred bags of delicious and healthy granola later, her friends and family were begging for more.

It’s funny how life works sometimes. Jeannine went to the opening of William-Sonoma—the famous kitchenware store—on the south shore. There she talked with an employee about her granolas. Just like that, she had booth at the store to distribute samples of her granola to visitors.

Jeannine is incredibly passitionate about her granolas. This is true artisanal production: each ingredient is carefully selected, mixed, and the only sugar added comes from 100% pure maple syrup. The cereals are oven-baked to achieve a satisfying texture and taste.

Granolas and Grooviopuffs cereals
Jeannine describes the granolas on her website:

Grooviola the Original
The grand poobah of all granola. A delicious blend of oats, almonds, coconut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, all sweetened with real canadian maple syrup. No cardboard granola here.

Grooviolite
This is no lightweight granola. All the flavor of the original grooviola but with fewer calories. Organic khorosan puffs and organic brown rice puffs are added to the blend.

Grooviochaï
A twist on the original grooviola. The flavors are reminiscent of a warm cup of chai tea. The exotic spice blend provides a subtle yet distinctive taste to grooviochaï without altering what grooviola is truly all about: deliciousness.

Grooviopuffs (no nuts)
A celestial blend of organic whole corn puffs, organic millet puffs, organic brown rice puffs and coconut.

Choco Grooviopuffs (no nuts)
A seductive chocolaty mix of organic whole corn puffs, organic millet puffs, organic brown rice puffs, coconut and all-natural cocoa.

Jeannine’s suggestions

  • Add granola to yogurt or ice cream (it's even better with fresh fruit)
  • Add almond or soy milk (especially the Grooviopuffs, since they're lighter and will float to the top)
  • Garnish an apple crumble (our recipe for apple crumble can be found here)

We hope you love it!
