Contest Rules

1. Conditions to participate in contest

Anyone who ordered a basket from the Lufa Farms mobile application to be received between October 11 and 17, 2026, is automatically entered.

To enter without purchase, send an original letter by email of at least 50 words on the topic “Why I love eating local,” clearly indicating your first and last name, full mailing address, phone number and email address, to the following address: communications@lufa.com

2. Deadline and time for participation in contest

The contest will take place between October 11 and 17, 2026. These are the dates between which the eligible clients will receive their baskets.

3. Description of prize-awarding method

The five (5) winners will be randomly selected from a pool of all clients who purchased a Lufa Farms basket through the mobile application from Sunday, October 11, and Saturday, October 17, 2026. The draw will take place on Monday, October 19, at 9 am.

The winners must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question in order to receive their prize.

4. Prize

$1,000 in Marketplace credits will be added to the winners’ Lufa Farms account after they’ve answered the mathematical skill-testing question correctly.

5. Media used to notify prize winners

The winners will be notified via email (sent to the address associated with their Lufa Farms account) the day of the draw.

6. The location, date, and deadline of prizes

The credits will automatically be added to the customer account as soon as the draw is done.

7. Exclusions

Lufa Farms employees are not permitted to enter the contest.

8. Dispute resolution

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement.
