Bundle up in your warmest wool sweater!
On Saturday December 14th, between 9am and 7pm, our team of red-nosed Lufavores and partners (25 of them: farmers, bakers, pickers, tea lovers, coffee-roasters, and so much more!) are going to bring you the most festive, gourmet, and local Christmas Market in town right here under the farm! Bring your favorite Christmas mug along with one or two reusable bags and a few dollars to get wonderful local products for yourself or your loved ones.

A new option for Lufavores: donate your basket to a local food bank organisation
We are so thrilled to partner with local organisation (also our neighbors!) La Corbeille Bordeaux-Cartierville to provide them with the donated baskets from our subscribers and surplus veggies from our farms.
From now on, up until midnight before your delivery, you can choose to donate your basket. Like usual, you can add or remove whatever you want. Then just click on the “Donate” button in the top right corner of your Lufa Farms Marketplace and it'll be marked for donation. Donating your basket is an unbeliveably generous gesture that will provide a family in need with delicious and local food. If you change your mind and decide you want to get your basket that week, just click on the "Donate" button again and you'll receive a normal delivery.
Think twice next time you're about to suspend your basket. It's an incredible thing to share the veggie love, especially during the holiday season.

A new “Holiday Goodies” category on the Marketplace
It’s even easier to get local and sustainable gifts for your loved ones this year. We just created a new category on our Marketplace for all the amazing “Holiday Goodies” that you can get and put under the Christmas tree.

If you love your Lufa Farms basket and would like to share the pleasure with your loved ones, get a gift certificate through the Marketplace and we will send you the exclusive coupon code by email. Simply write it on your certificate and voilà: no wrapping, no transportation, and lots of delicious cooking ahead. We'll even add a starter kit to your basket as a stocking stuffer.
