Getting to know our day-one Lufavores.

In the first instalment of our four-part series featuring our community, we introduced some of the faces that brighten our pick-up points - if you missed it, catch up here. This time around, we’re taking you deeper into the lives of some of our earliest subscribers.

Right as Victoria became a mom seven years ago, our baskets were there to help juggle it all. When it came time to meal prep with a newborn, having fresh, local produce delivered right to her door was a game changer. Almost a decade later, her kids have grown to be huge fans of our rooftop cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Beyond our offerings, Victoria’s excited to see our vision of a city of rooftop farms sprout to life and is thrilled to be part of this fresh revolution.

Meet Olivia and Enzo, a dynamic duo supporting local producers with ease for over eight years. Enzo loves the fresh, seasonal selection that fits right into his shopping habits while Olivia gets a kick out of the community aspect - she’s always amazed to discover new Lufavores just from mentioning our name in a crowd. Together, they can’t get enough of their favourites: morning-baked bagels, farm-fresh eggs, and anything and everything from Les Filles Fattoush.

Arvind and Tag have been Lufavores for 12 years (!) and their enthusiasm is contagious. Spreading the word every chance they get, the duo often opts for an extra basket when hosting friends. As parents of two energetic girls, they’ve nailed down their routine from go-to rooftop veggies to quick ready-made meals like mushroom risotto and waffles.
