Cidrerie Chemin des Sept: From branch to bottle.

Our team made a trip to Rougemont (aka the apple capital of Quebec), where orchards stretch as far as the eye can see. At the base of the mountain lies Cidrerie Chemin des Sept and their organic orchard. Cidermakers Étienne Tremblay and Frédéric Le Gall, both seasoned brewers in the industry, are well known for their seasonal flavours, like Morello cherry and spring rhubarb. Check out what drives the duo’s love of responsible cider in the video below.

Frédéric and Étienne are involved in every stage of production, from branch to bottle. The pair take great pride in harvesting the (literal) fruits of their labour and transforming them into a signature product, with a taste that is distinctly local. Their oak-aged ciders, both dry and refreshing, have found a following among Lufavores. Find their current selection on our Marketplace!
