L'Espace Gastronome Cooperative in the area Laval (a nonprofit organization) is a social enterprise.

It was founded by craftsmen passionate to make their products known and make them available at competitive prices. The cooperative strives to bring the consumer and artisan producer-processor, and without the intermediaries, the large distribution networks and wholesalers.

We operate a grocery store that is exclusively provided quality products from local artisans in Laval and surrounding area (100 mile rule). Contrary to what one finds in a traditional delicatessen, everything in it is exclusively produced or processed locally.
