Their mission is to help people eat locally in spite of their fastpace lifestyle while reducing food waste. At La Mise en Place, they believe it is important to choose suppliers carefully. Their priority is to offer dishes made from local produce as much as possible and therefore, following seasonality. When we form partnerships with producers, they will appear on our website and our Facebook Page.
