Conditions to participate in contest

Anyone who ordered a basket from the Lufa Farms online Marketplace to be received between June 2 and August 31, 2024, is eligible to participate. No additional purchase is necessary.

Deadline and time for participation in contest

The contest will take place between June 2 and August 31, 2024. These are the dates between which the eligible clients will receive their baskets. 

Description of prize-awarding method

The three daily winners will be randomly selected from a pool of all clients who purchased a Lufa Farms basket between June 2 and August 31, 2024. The draw will take place daily at 9 am at the Lufa Farms office, located at 201-3075 Boulevard Thimens, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4R 1Y2.  

Prize

The total charged amount of the received order will be refunded in the form of Marketplace credits. If the charged amount of a winning basket is under $35, the prize will be $35 in Marketplace credits.

Media used to notify prize winners

The winners’ first name and last name initial will be posted on the Marketplace page and they will be notified via email (sent to the address associated with their Lufa Farms account) no later than the day after their delivery.

The credits will automatically be added to the customer account as soon as the draw is done. 

Lufa Farms employees are not permitted to enter the contest.

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement.
