Inchirah's Swiss Chard Pesto

Are you still salivating at the thought of Inchirah's Swiss chard pesto spread on la Bête à Pain's fresh bread?

Here is her recipe (Inchirah is Mohamed's mother, founder and president of Lufa Farms, and she concocts a new recipe every open-house!)

  • 3 Lufa Farms swiss chard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts

Mix all ingredients in blender and adjust the seasoning and texture of pesto according to your preferences!

Enjoy during an apero on fresh bread or add it to your sandwiches ... store it in a mason jar in the fridge for 2 weeks.
